Howard County’s chief public defender has been placed on 18 months of professional probation by the Indiana Supreme Court, according to The Kokomo Tribune.
The Tribune reports the cause of Steve Raquet’s probation relates to money mismanagement and a lack of oversight concerning an employee who pleaded guilty to felony theft and forgery.
