Police: man uses doggy door to steal truck

A man is facing theft charges after using a doggy door to steal a truck.
The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department said an intoxicated man snuck through a doggy door of a house to steal a vehicle.
He was found after police received a call about a pickup truck that was stolen from a locked garage in Farmersburg on Saturday afternoon.
The man was found in the reported truck with a blood alcohol content of .291 percent. He has been charged with burglary, auto theft and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
