The owners of a McCordsville winery are looking to expand to Indianapolis.
Indianapolis Business Journal reports Daniel and Kimberly Cook, who own Daniel’s Vineyard, purchased three buildings along Virginia Avenue in downtown Indianapolis this month for nearly $2.1 million.
The buildings currently house a soup-and-sandwich shop, a four-story building with five apartments and a vacant parcel.
The Cooks say they will use the properties to “explore and continue to invest in properties in this market.”
