ISDH finds West Nile Virus in Gibson County

The Indiana State Department of Health reported this week that one sample of mosquitoes collected in Gibson County tested positive for West Nile Virus.
WFIE reports that health leaders advise residents to limit their time outdoors between dusk and dawn, which is when mosquitoes are most active.
They also suggest getting rid of any standing water.
WFIE says there have been no cases of West Nile in humans reported.
