School protection officer charged with felony child seduction in Parke County

A former coach, and current school protection officer, was arrested in Parke County Friday on a felony child seduction charge, says WVIG.
Parke County Police say Nathaniel “Jake” Arney, 32, had an inappropriate relationship with a teenage girl while he was employed as a coach at the former Rockville High School in 2017, which is now Parke Heritage High School.
The Parke County Sheriff says Arney is employed by Vigo County Schools as a school protection officer.
Arney was taken to the Parke County Jail where he is being held on a $15,000 cash-only bond.
