Muncie woman claims it’s ‘forbidden’ to arrest a female, police disagreed

You can’t arrest me because I’m female. That’s what a Muncie woman told the police.
As it turned out, she was wrong.
Kristi Clouse, 37, tried earlier this month to persuade a male police officer that he was “forbidden” from arresting a female.
She’d been caught trespassing and didn’t want to go to jail.
The officer wasn’t convinced, reports The Star Press.
Clouse was arrested for trespassing and residential entry. A trial is set for Feb. 27.
