The PTO Secretary at Wood Memorial High School in Gibson County has been arrested and charged with Fraud on a Financial Institution.
Police say Stephanie Rhoton, 36, used a school PTO bank card to pay for personal bills.
Documents show Rhoton used more than $2,500 from the school PTO account for personal use, including an AT&T bill, parasailing in Daytona Beach, Florida, and ATM withdrawals.
Rhoton admitted to detectives she used the card and is now in the Gibson County Jail.
