Marion’s Steak ‘n Shake location at 2624 S Western Ave is temporarily closed.
According to a flyer posted outside the fast-food restaurant, the closure is because the location is being designated for a franchise partner.
The company is currently renovating the establishment with new equipment to improve order speed and customer service.
The location is set to re-open under new ownership.
A company spokeswoman was unable to state when the store will re-open.
