A former school nurse charged with 10 counts of child molesting has his trial date.
Brian Couch’s trial will be on Jan. 13, said the Muncie Star Press.
Couch was a nurse at Yorktown Elementary and Middle schools before his arrest on Aug. 22, and a former pastor at Yorktown Church of the Nazarene.
He’s accused of sexually assaulting a child repeatedly over eight years.
His accuser told police the attacks happened “almost daily,” starting when she was 6 years old. Prosecutors believe the sexual assaults took place between May 2010 and Sept. 2018.
