A customer experience management company in Florida has announced plans to set up operations in Fishers.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. says Miami-based Sitel Group will invest more than $4 million to establish its Midwest hub and create up to 350 jobs by the end of 2020.
The company provides services such as training and talent management, technology and innovation solutions and tech support to clients in more than two dozen countries.
