Air Force announces ‘T-7A Red Hawk’

The U.S. Air Force has announced the rollout of a brand new training aircraft that will honor the Tuskegee Airmen.
That crew was the first African-American U.S. Army Air Corps squadron that escorted bombers during World War II.
The Air Force says it has placed an order for 351 of the T-7A aircraft, made by Boeing and will be delivered sometime in 2023.
The celebrated squadron painted the tails of their aircraft red, earning the nickname “Red Tails,” how will these new training planes improve our nation’s security? The cost is $9.2 billion.
