This morning Raven Faunce, 20, was sentenced to 3.5 years of incarceration with another 4.5 years of probation on two counts and a probation violation.
Faunce was sentenced in Grant County Superior Court 1 by Judge Jeffrey Todd, who accepted his plea agreement.
For violating probation, Faunce must serve two years of his previously suspended sentence, which dates back to June 25, 2018, of three years for sexual misconduct with a minor.
For his count of possession of child pornography, a Level 5 Felony, Faunce must serve one year of incarceration plus another three years of probation.
And for his count of failing to register as a sex offender, a Level 6 Felony, Faunce received 180 days of incarceration in addition to one and a half years of probation.
The sentences must be served consecutively.
He has credit for 341 days served.
Faunce must also register as a sexually violent predator.
