Traffic alert: Road closure on part of 38th Street

This morning there’s a road closure on 38th St. from Western to Valley avenues.
The closure is from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for a sewer and water installation for a private residence.
Keith Sullivan Excavating, Inc. is performing the work.
