In Muncie, a man is accused of running over a 3-year-old boy while driving drunk.
Muncie Police say Garry Stone Jr. ran over the boy’s legs Saturday night while driving on East Memorial Drive.
Stone told police he “didn’t see the boy,” reports The Star Press newspaper.
The little boy was checked out at the hospital and is back home with his family. Stone was arrested and charged with drunk driving.
He has since bonded out of the Delaware Co. Jail.
