The Grant County Superior Court 3 seat has its first official candidate.
Republican Brian McLane has filed for the 2020 Primary Election. McLane is the Juvenile court Magistrate.
He’s also a second-generation Marion lawyer.
Marion City Court Judge Jason McVicker announced earlier this week that he’s also running for the seat.
Judge Warren Haas is the currently Superior Court 3 Judge, but he’s set to retire at the end of the year.
Incumbent Judge Jeff Todd, a Republican, has also filed for his Superior Court 1 seat.
