Mixing with Mandi: banana pancakes and two ingredient dough!

A couple low cal treats I made this weekend.  They are Weight Watcher recipes but good for other diets too!


banana pancakes:

2 bananas

2 eggs

1tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

I added sugar free syrup! 1pt(just for the syrup)

Two ingredient dough

1 1/3 cup self rising flour

1 cup non fat Greek yogurt

I made two personal pizzas for 8 points each.  16 points for all the dough!


I can’t believe I made dough!


I baked my personal size pizza at 400 degrees for 20 minutes on a cookie sheet.
