ISP: Two Gas City residents airlifted after I-69 crash

Two people were injured in a Sunday morning crash in Grant County.
According to the Indiana State Police, there was a single-vehicle crash on I-69, near mile marker 262 at around 11 a.m.
A preliminary crash investigation found that 41-year-old Taylor Young of Gas City was driving a 2004 Buick Century northbound and, for an unknown reason, traveled off the east side of the interstate and struck a tree.
Twenty-three-year-old Rachelle Riseden, also of Gas City, was in the vehicle as well. Both were airlifted to a Ft. Wayne Hospital with internal injuries.
The crash is still under investigation.
