Former custodian for Muncie high school accused of sending explicit photo to student

A former custodian at Central High School is accused of sending an inappropriate photo to a student.
Preston Bell, 27, is accused of dissemination, said the Muncie Star Press.
Muncie police said Bell was talking with a 16-year-old girl through Facebook Messenger and offered to pick her up and take her out to eat. He also sent a inappropriate photo of himself.
Bell said he knew he was talking with a teenager and that he knew it was wrong. He later deleted the photo and blocked the girl on Facebook.
Police didn’t say if he met the girl while working at the school.
Another man is accused of having sex with an underage girl.
19-year-old Robert Couch of Cincinnati was arrested on April 18 at a southside motel in Muncie. The Star Press says he was found with a 14-year-old who had been reported missing.
Both told police they had sex, and the girl said she hoped she was pregnant.
Couch said he knew how old she was.
He’s accused of sexual misconduct and was released from the Delaware County jail.
However he was arrested again last Thursday for child exploitation.
