Ok ya’ll you know I love my banana muffins, well this recipe takes it up a notch.
3 Bananas, very ripe
1/2 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup sugar free yellow cake mix
1 tsp cake batter extract (or vanilla)
a pinch of salt
1 3/4 oz chopped pecans(I did just over a ounce to lower calories)
mix well and divide into 12 muffin cups.
bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes!!!
SO GOOD. 2 points on Weight Watchers. 🙂
