It’s being called the “Great Resignation” by some economic experts. People all over the U.S. are quitting their jobs at a higher rate than just a couple of years ago. It depends on the industry — but experts say people are looking to switch careers, are maybe looking for better flexibility, a lack of child care, and burnout are big reasons. Hospitality, the food service industry, and healthcare saw the largest number of people quit last year.
