Build a Better You: Senior Fitness

Do you now walk like you tied one on the night before, yet you’ve not even had the benefit of a little nip? Getting older can be an insult and impediment to our swagger. Join a Silver Sneakers® certified instructor and learn what can be done to recover your strut at the Greentown Public Library on Monday, June 12 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. Areas of concentration will be balance, coordination and an introduction to rock steady boxing. Wear comfortable clothes and supportive tennis shoes. The program is free, but registration is required at 628.3534.
