Expressive HeARTS: Cultivating the Beauty Within

Designed for teenage girls, this workshop is intended to unite and discuss the challenges that arise in search of the beauty within. The workshop will incorporate role-play, movement, music, theatre games, poetry, writing, storytelling for healthy group discussion and inner-reflection.
