Major improvements are coming to Logansport, says Inside Indiana Business.
Mayor Dave Kitchell says a developer from Chicago has purchased the Logansport Mall, which has been nearly vacant for years.
As part of the plan, the portion of the mall that used to be home to J.C. Penney will be demolished to make way for a new hotel.
The developer plans to renovate other parts of the mall as well.
