Salvation Army struggling to reach red kettle fundraising goal

The Salvation Army is behind this year on funds raised through their red kettles.
According to Lt. Jessica Smith of Marion’s Salvation Army, so far the organization has raised less than $4,000 of its $51,000 goal.
