State overseers have given Muncie School officials permission to hire a new bus coordinator for the school system, but the job of a new Chief Financial Officer is on hold for the time being.
The state’s Distressed Unit Appeal Board okayed the search for a new Bus Coordinator for the system, but wouldn’t say why the C-F-O’s job is being held up for now.
That board must approve all such moves for Muncie Schools since the state took control of the system last year.
