Howard County authorities say a Converse man has died of injuries suffered in a two-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon on Highway 19 east of Kokomo.
Police say 63-year old Thomas Biggs of Converse apparently pulled from a county road into the path of another vehicle that struck him. Biggs died at a Kokomo hospital Wednesday night from injuries suffered in the crash. The driver of the other vehicle and two passengers suffered minor injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
