Grant County authorities say a Converse woman died when her car collided with an S-U-V Tuesday morning near Oak Hill High School.
Police identified the victim as 43-year old Ivy Curtis of Converse. She was killed when police say she pulled her car into the path of an S-U-V at the intersection of State Road 13 and Grant County Road 100 North. Curtis died at the scene of multiple injuries.
Curtis’ two children…ages 5 and 11…were taken to Marion General Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the other vehicle was also treated for minor injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
