A large fire broke out at the Pendleton Correctional Facility this morning in Madison County.
Inmates and staff were evacuated from the affected area of the prison and a spokesman said all staff and inmates have been accounted for.
The fire is out and no injuries were reported.
Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the fire.
