For those seeking relief from this weekend’s excessive heat, the Kokomo Rescue Mission’s Residential Living and Emergency Shelter’s dining room will be open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. today and tomorrow.
The shelter will also be open Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Gatorade and cold water will be available to those who come to the dining room, located at 321 W. Mulberry St.
