Kokomo man wins $1 million lottery

One Hoosier is a million dollars richer.
Lowell Wiggins, 67, of Kokomo bought a Hoosier Lottery ticket at Woody’s Food Store about a week ago.
He told the Kokomo Tribune he fell asleep, but woke up in the middle of the night early the next day.
He decided to check the numbers to see if he won anything. He did. $1 million, to be exact.
Wiggins — a custodian at Kokomo High School — says he doesn’t have any big plans with the money, maybe save it for retirement.
