Indiana sports betting experiencing significant growth

Gaming industry analysts say legalized sports betting continues to grow in the Hoosier state.
Bets on Indiana’s online and retail sportsbooks brought in nearly $150 million in November.
That’s compared to $92 million in October, and $34.5 million in September — the month when sports gambling became legal. Dustin Gouker from PlayIndiana.com told Inside Indiana Business that 65% of the money came from mobile bets.
But Gouker says the state’s income could take a hit in 2020 when neighboring states like Illinois and Michigan legalize sports gambling.
