Court dismisses lawsuit over IU’s vaccine policy

A lawsuit taking on Indiana University’s vaccine mandate is being dismissed. A federal appeals court made that ruling on Tuesday for the suit brought forward by eight students. The same court had previously determined the university could require students and employees to get vaccinated against COVID-19. One of the students says she no longer plans to attend the university.
